loopinleads
The marketing platform that owns everything before the first booked call: find the right people, earn trust with content, sense the smallest buying signal, react — and learn from what worked.

loopinleads.com →The problem that has been lying around for years — bought tools that didn't cut it, a homegrown solution your best people keep alive — becomes a simple, working system that doesn't need you to keep it running. Twelve in production across nine industries; the same workshop now builds our own ventures.
Software a business actually runs on — used daily, operated, maintained. Not a prototype, not a deck.
leancodes is the workshop behind a growing portfolio of products. Same engine, same people, different markets.

Our references are the systems, not the logos. Every one of these went into production and was used daily by the people it was built for.

From one-person planning offices to organisations with several thousand employees. Most were built under agreements that don't allow us to name the client — the system does the talking.
Same pattern every time: a business problem that spreadsheets and bought tools had stopped solving.

The problem
The service delivering schedule information ran as one monolith on a cloud stack whose bill grew faster than the traffic it served.
What we built
The architecture for a rebuild as Go microservices: the information service split into parts that scale independently, each doing one job.
What it changed
The cloud costs dropped by a factor of ten at the same service level for a project with over 150 people working on actively.
Construction
The problem
Site reality is captured on paper and in photos, then retyped into reports in the office. By the time the documentation is complete, it is weeks old and nobody trusts it.
What we built
One documentation system, rolled out across five construction companies — from a one-person planning office to a 200-person contractor. What is recorded on site becomes the report, without a second entry.
What it changed
The same core carried company sizes two orders of magnitude apart — the proof that it was built as a system, not as five bespoke tools.

The problem
Campaign numbers lived in a dozen tools. Every report was assembled by hand, and each one told a slightly different story.
What we built
A hub that pulls channel and campaign data through APIs into one queryable store — with the KPI dashboard for management on top of it.
What it changed
Deployed for six organisations across marketing, healthcare and media rights: same hub, different sources, one set of numbers per house.
Four moves. No discovery theatre, no hand-off to a delivery team you've never met.
We cut the idea down to the smallest system that carries the real load. What stays out is written down as clearly as what goes in.
A small senior team with an AI-assisted build pipeline: interface, database, backend, deployment. Weekly working software instead of status reports.
Hosted, monitored, iterated with the people using it. A system nobody operates is still a prototype.
You own the code, the data and the infrastructure. European hosting, GDPR by default, no lock-in to us.
leancodes GmbH, founded in 2018. A builder's shop, not a consultancy: the people who design the system are the people who ship and run it.
The founder
Builder, founder, managing director of leancodes GmbH
Nils studied artificial intelligence at the University of Edinburgh and went straight into building companies — several across Europe, as managing director or head of engineering.
Two decades of software projects across industries taught him where complexity starts destroying value instead of creating it: when tools get bought before the system underneath them is understood.
He founded leancodes in 2018 to do it the other way round — build the system first, and build it so the people who use it stay in control of it.
Today that same engine runs on our own products: the team that shipped systems for others now builds the ventures in this portfolio — and takes on outside systems when the problem fits.
We take on few outside systems, so it's worth being direct about the fit.
Both, deliberately. leancodes builds and operates its own ventures, and the same team takes on outside systems when the problem fits. What we learn on one side pays off on the other.
Most of these systems were built under agreements that don't allow it. A logo also says very little about what was actually built — the system, the industry and the scale say more.
First working slice in weeks, not quarters. How long the full system takes depends on scope — and we'd rather cut scope than stretch the timeline.
Go, PostgreSQL, React and Next.js, Flutter for mobile, hosted in Europe. Boring, well-understood tools — plus an AI-assisted build pipeline that makes a small senior team fast.
Yes. Code, data and infrastructure are yours. If you want us gone, you can take all of it with you — that's the point of building it properly.
Write to us and say which one. Pilot users and partners are welcome; the ventures are at different stages and we'll tell you honestly where each one stands.
Look at what we're building — or tell us what you need built.
